- Advised and represented a multi-national conglomerate in a high stake arbitration over a disputed Gas Sale Agreement focused on Take Or Pay Obligations.
- Represented an Indian party at the JAMS institutional international commercial arbitration at California in the United States of America.

- Advised on matters before the Securities Appellate Tribunal and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
- Advised on myriad litigation-related issues, including the applicability and extension of limitation period, assignment of actionable claims, regional transport authority regulations on custom-made trailers etc.
Energy and Power
- Representing before Appellate Tribunal contesting the Tariff order issued by Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission.
- Filed Petitions under Section 79(1)(c) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and regulation 33A of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission.
- Advised clients on impending litigations before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) for public TRANSCO’s.

- Filed Writ petitions related to powers of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India before the Hon’ble Kerala High Court and the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court.
- Involved in defence work in investigations with Crime Branch, New Delhi.
